The Fashionable Side of Disney
Design a fashionable look based on a Disney character to be presented in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando in front of Cinderella's castle where characters and/or guests get to vote. In other words, the designers can either go to the Disney Store in Times Square to sketch or look at images of Disney characters, shop for materials at Mood Fabric or other stores, sew, take their models to Walt Disney World for the presentation, and then go back to face the judges. Designs must be kept in line with the characters. And sketching designs based on upcoming characters is acceptable too.

Cancer Challenge
To design a look for any size woman who has lost her hair due to chemotherapy. Whether it be for a wedding, work or around home, something that she feels comfortable and beutiful in and a head wrap of some sort. This came to me when we were trying to do something for my mother when she went to my brother's wedding.

I so Agree
I SO agree with the comment above that addresses the fact that the "Judges" are unusually harsh on Black contestants. Let me say first, that I am TOTALLY sure that Heidi has no racial issues. I mean, come on, I do live in the world and I know who she is married to.
But I also know that producers of these shows control what the out comes are. And when you have someone as talentet as Korto was, who consistantly avoids the bottom, yet who NEVER wins a challenge...Even when they call her back in a Repeat of past Talented designers, and they give it to someone who is NOT designing clothes that the adverage woman would wear? Come on, this raises a LOT of eyebrows.
I will grant you, in the final hour, during Fashion Week, I do think her collection was a bit off center for the mass fashion industry, but when you look back during the season, and see the goregous clothes that this woman was turning out... That SO MANY women would shell out money for... it raises the question of race. I know if I ever make it as a writer, and my work garners the kind of recognition that gets me a spot on the Oscars, Emmeys, whatever, I will certainly call Korto to design my look.

Judges Notes
I think all the judges need to be changed out, I started whatching this show from the beginning and saw that the judges were all critical on BLACK designers rather than other races and at one point they didn't do enough of this or that and other times they are to good and to perfect, come on now give me a break if you don't want the talent of black people don't accept them on your show just call it what you are really going for an all white designers show ,from the beginning there have not been a single black winner it's almost like your judges have had something personal against black designers and if so ,they need to be changed out with black judges at least one so the black designers can have a fighting chances,I have wrote to this show before ounces about the same thing and I feel that something has to happen at this point and I just saw were ,Jay won as to the black designer.Give me a break
