It was never made clear to me that Jeffrey was innocent of having help with his Bryant Park collection. His really difficult personality, especially his insulting manner with another designer's mother which was reflected in his "design" for her, didn't seem to hurt his chances as Kenley's did. Hmmm...sexism?
